Our AC outside unit was not working Wednesday night. Called early Thursday morning and tech was there within a couple of hours! I explained what was going on and he said he thought he knew what was wrong...and he did! Within the hour, AC was back up and the cost was much better than I was imagining! Tech was FANTASTIC!!! Very nice and explained what happened while giving me advice on what to do in future! Thanks so much for the quick and fair service!!!!
Jeremy came out to our house to fix the AC on a 100° day when it was 90° in the house. He was friendly, quick and the service was priced well. Will call again
Mike Fereday Heating & Air Conditioning is our #1 go to! They corrected a competitors lazy attempt at a tune up at our previous home and attempted to repair a mini split in our current house that competitors declined to even attempt.
We purchased a new mini split system through them and the install has been phenomenal. The technicians even weathered a storm outside while keeping everything as clean and dry as they could. Parker went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect and was performing at its best.
I called they fit me in early morning Thursday and installed the new furnace Friday. Great bunch of guys. The young man that diagnosed the problem was great to work with. I had to leave and when I got home my house was 65° and cost. My old furnace ran 70/72° to have the same feeling. Great job Mike Fereday and team. Thanks
Furnace wasnt working and Fereday's got a tech out within a few hours on a freezing cold day so i know it had to be a busy day for them. Jeremy the tech was outstanding. He is Super friendly and efficient and had it fixed within an hour. Great job! Thank you Jeremy
